More than 1,200 people make up our ABWE global family. More than 60 of those individuals work at ABWE’s International Headquarters located near Harrisburg, PA, supporting the work of missionaries worldwide. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, office and communications support, and assists in recruiting and managing volunteers interested in serving with ABWE building projects.
Maintenance Worker | Full-time/Hourly/Non-Exempt

The Maintenance Worker assists the facilities team to perform preventative maintenance and repair of facilities and systems to provide a safe, clean and comfortable working environment.
Executive Administrator | Full-time/Hourly/Exempt

The Executive Administrator is responsible for providing administrative, logistical, and project support for the Vice President of Global Ministries so that team priorities are met.
Receptionist | Full-time/Hourly/Non-Exempt

The Receptionist will serve as the first-impression for guests at the Headquarters and provide phone and face-to-face support for the office operations.
Director of Mobilization | Full-time/Salary/Exempt

The primary role of the Director of Mobilization is to lead a high functioning team of staff, missionaries and volunteers that ensures ABWE’s Global Family of Ministries and ministry opportunities are known, well-promoted, and that prospective missionaries are well-guided along their journey toward official approval or appointment to serve.

The Manager of Corporate Events oversees, from planning to execution, ABWE sponsored events. They will be responsible for creating events and atmospheres for guests that maximize ministry impact and elevates ABWE as a professional ministry that disciples, trains, and helps fulfill the Great Commission.
Chef’s Assistant/Prep Cook | Full-time, Hourly
International Headquarters | New Cumberland, PA
We are seeking an individual who loves to cook and has the gift of hospitality! This unique position will allow you to use your culinary skills in service to the Lord. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our world-class chef as you prepare delicious meals for our missionaries and staff. The qualified applicant loves the Lord, loves people, and has a heart to serve!
Childcare Provider | Part-time, Hourly
International Headquarters | New Cumberland, PA
Do you have a love for children? Are you interested in helping missionaries get to their mission field? This opportunity is perfect for you. ABWE is seeking qualified individuals to provide childcare during on-campus training events throughout the year. This is a part-time, as-needed position.
