ABWE Pilot Qualifications

A commercial license and instrument rating
Airframe and powerplant mechanics license
400 flight hours. Additionaly on-fields hours are required
During pre-field ministry and/or language school, it is necessary to keep current, preferably in the type of aircraft used on the field
Final on field flight check-out by qualified aviation personnel
Maintained profiency in flying and maintenance
