Welcome to the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE)! We are thrilled that you are interested in serving with us in Great Commission ministry. We are excited to offer opportunities for you to exercise your gifts in the work of bringing the nations to God.
We are a global family of ministries that exists to fulfill the Great Commission by multiplying leaders, churches, and missions movements among every people. We focus on evangelism, discipleship, and church planting and do so on a solid biblical foundation. It is our joy to offer training and support to you as you follow God’s call to reach the nations with the gospel.
Along with a robust package of prefield training and resources, we are deeply committed to offering Member Care, Healthcare services, and Missionary Kid (MK) Ministries while you serve on the field. These services are part of the backbone of ABWE and enable you to prosper spiritually and physically during your tenure of ministry.

We offer a variety of pathways ranging from one-week trips to full-time career opportunities. God calls each missionary to a unique service to the nations and our skilled Mobilization team will assist you as you transition into a role with ABWE and find the right fit for you.
