The Opportunity
ABWE exists to fulfill the Great Commission by multiplying leaders, churches, and missions movements among every people.
As our Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Live Global, a growing international ministry team working alongside global partners and missionaries.
You’ll help coordinate people, projects, partnerships, and ministry initiatives while serving as an important connection between Live Global, other ABWE departments, missionaries, and global partners. From managing data and projects to supporting donor relationships, partnerships, events, and team growth, your work will help create the structure and organization needed for ministry to flourish.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key point of contact between Live Global, ABWE departments, missionaries, and global partners.
- Manage missionary and ministry data, using information to identify patterns, solve problems, and uncover opportunities.
- Coordinate strategic donor cultivation and partnership management initiatives.
- Support international partnership agreements and relationships.
- Help implement and maintain team operating systems and processes.
- Coordinate mobilization events and assist with applicants and onboarding new team members.
- Support Executive Team meetings and events, including scheduling, agendas, logistics, and follow-up.
- Create and coordinate resources for the team by working with internal and external contributors.
- Manage administrative and project-based initiatives while ensuring strong follow-through with key stakeholders.
- Represent the department or Executive Team in meetings as needed.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous business, office management, or related professional experience.
- Cross-cultural experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with digital tools, platforms, databases, and design.
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong relational skills and the ability to work with a variety of internal and international partners.
- Excellent follow-through, accountability, and attention to detail.
