Regional coordinator for Africa

Lead and grow pregnancy center ministries across the African continent.

Across Africa, the Christ-centered pregnancy ministry movement is growing. Women in crisis pregnancies are hearing the gospel and finding real help through local ministry directors and their teams. This role exists to strengthen that work — coordinating across the continent, training new leaders, developing resources, and representing the ministry to churches and supporters in the US.

What you’ll do

• Communicate regularly with ministry directors across Africa to provide encouragement, accountability, and strategic direction
• Train and develop new pregnancy ministry leaders and teams
• Create and refine resources and materials for pregnancy center ministries
• Speak at churches, conferences, and events to raise awareness and support
• Play an active role in the World Walk for Life and other fundraising efforts

Who we’re looking for

• A mature believer with a clear call to international missions
• A deep conviction about the sanctity of human life from conception
• A heart for women’s ministry and care for women in crisis
• Prior experience serving on the international mission field
• Strong communication skills — written and spoken
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• A team player who collaborates well across cultures and time zones
