The Durban team needs people to help with early childhood education. When Crossroads Community of Christ moves into their new church building, we will need people to help run a daycare. This will help fund the church and is an amazing outreach to the community. Having young children that will constantly be rotating out to elementary schools, ensures new families passing through the church which will expand exposure to more people. We need these early childhood educators to also work alongside and train local South Africans. It is not a requirement to learn a foreign language in order to minister in Durban.
In South Africa there is poverty, disease, crime, and spiritual darkness. From much-needed racial reconciliation, to an influx of new religions being combined with ancient superstitions and the increase of Islam, South Africa desperately needs the reconciling truth of the gospel.
We need you to partner with South African locals on the ground to share God’s love, assist planting and multiply local churches, train leaders, and ultimately, help South Africans to continue fulfilling the Great Commission by sending out their own people as missionaries. Will you join us?
Use your skills to make an eternal impact on the mission field. Every ministry we begin, every project we undertake, and every relationship we develop is geared toward sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. However, we know that simply sharing the gospel with someone is only part of our calling as missionaries: we are also called to walk alongside them and make disciples. If you love Jesus and have a heart for children and families, then we have a place for you.
