The Position
We are seeking long-term media missionaries to serve as Media Team Leaders with Studios Vérité in Togo. This is not just a technical role—it’s a discipleship opportunity to equip national believers to share the Gospel through audio-visual storytelling. You’ll mentor grassroots editors, audio engineers, and storytellers, helping them grow in both spiritual maturity and technical excellence.
As part of a strategic partnership with Revelation Media’s iBIBLE project, you’ll help produce the world’s first visual, chronological, and oral-accessible Bible. You’ll guide local teams as they record voiceovers, translate scripts, sync media, and train others—empowering them to produce content in their own language and cultural voice.
Whether you have a background in video, audio, or studio work, what we value most is a heart for multiplication, a teachable spirit, and a commitment to long-term impact. This position requires cultural sensitivity, leadership ability, and a passion for the Gospel.
The Need
In West Africa, many live in oral cultures, where truth is best received through stories, visuals, and sound—not written text. While Bible translations may exist, literacy barriers often prevent people from understanding them. But digital media is changing everything. With smartphones in most hands and a generation of eager local creatives rising up, there’s a unique moment to equip believers to reach their own people—if someone is willing to lead.
Studios Vérité has begun recording iBIBLE in the Ewé and Kabyé languages, but more languages—and more leaders—are needed. We need career missionaries who will stay, disciple, and build local capacity. Someone who can oversee training, collaborate with local pastors, and scale the mission beyond a single studio or language group.
This isn’t a short-term assignment. It’s a long-haul calling to invest in people, develop systems, and multiply sustainable Gospel communication in some of the hardest-to-reach places.

Through iBIBLE, the complete Biblical narrative is being translated and visualized—ready to be voiced in over 7,000 languages. Your leadership ensures that these translations are not only possible, but powerful—spoken by the people, for the people, in their own heart language.
