Ministry Coaches and Encouragers

The Position

Serving the Lord in ministry is hard everywhere. It’s especially hard for Nicaraguan pastors and their families who typically have fewer educational opportunities and serve in difficult areas. There is a huge need for those who would work alongside the Institute of Church Planters to coach these men and encourage them to keep pressing on is a major need for the Church in Nicaragua.

The Need

Nicaragua is a beautiful country of lakes and volcanoes whose people need to hear that Jesus Christ alone is the only way to have relationship with God. The evangelical church is growing and new believers need to be discipled in their faith. We have wonderful opportunities to work alongside national pastors in sharing the gospel and training believers.

The Impact

The ABWE Nicaragua team comes alongside church plants and national pastors to help them as they seek to reach people in their communities. We are looking for more missionaries to join our team with gifts and abilities that would be of help to the churches.
