Next Gen Equipper/Trainer

The Position

Nicaragua is full of young people with a lot of energy and zeal to serve the Lord, but need direction and spiritual leadership. They need people to speak into their lives and help them become all that God wants them to be. Do you have experience mentoring and discipling young adults? There are ample opportunities to use these gifts and abilities here in the churches we work with and in programs for college-age young people.

The Need

Nicaragua is a beautiful country of lakes and volcanoes whose people need to hear that Jesus Christ alone is the only way to have relationship with God. The evangelical church is growing and new believers need to be discipled in their faith. We have wonderful opportunities to work alongside national pastors in sharing the gospel and training believers.

The Impact

The ABWE Nicaragua team comes alongside church plants and national pastors to help them as they seek to reach people in their communities. We are looking for more missionaries to join our team with gifts and abilities that would be of help to the churches.
