The Position
The Partnership Developer plays a pivotal role in connecting National Partners with the resources and support of the North American Church. This position is focused on building intentional relationships, advocating for partner needs, and serving as a reliable advocate for multiple National Partners. The Partnership Developer ensures that each partner feels supported and equipped in their ministry.
The Need
National Partners are on the frontlines of ministry in their communities, often facing challenges that require both spiritual and practical support. They benefit from a dedicated advocate who seeks to understand their unique contexts, provide support, and connect them with the tools, resources, and relationships that help them thrive.
Currently there are 150 national partners asking for partnership – partners like:
- Ionut and Estera in Romania who are planting a church, doing street evangelism, and sharing the gospel in local villages.
- Abraham and Deborah* in Egypt who are planting churches amongst a nomadic, Muslim people group.
- Georgey in South Asia who has started a Bible college to raise up ministry leaders and church planters to reach those who have never heard.
The Impact
By bridging the gap between National Partners and North American churches, the Partnership Developer multiplies the impact of the gospel globally. Their work enables national partners to reach more people, strengthen their communities, and develop sustainable ministries, while also meaningfully engaging the North American church in cross-cultural missions.
