The Position
The Live Global team is seeking a Pre-field Coach to walk alongside missionaries, and their sending churches, as they prepare for cross cultural ministry. This role focuses on coaching, shepherding, and resourcing pre-field missionaries by helping them build healthy support systems, navigate the onboarding process, and launch to the field effectively. The Pre-field Coach works closely with leadership and mobilization teams to ensure missionaries are spiritually, emotionally, and practically prepared for service.
The Need
Launching missionaries well is critical to sustaining a healthy and impactful ministry. Many pre-field missionaries and sending churches need guidance, structure, and encouragement as they navigate support raising, training, and the complexities of preparing for cross-cultural ministry. Live Global needs someone who can invest relationally, provide consistent coaching, and help set up missionaries for long term success.
