The Opportunity

As our Executive Support Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted partner and operational extension of the President—helping steward his time, travel, communication, and resources with excellence. Your work will directly support focused leadership, relational influence, and organizational effectiveness across ABWE’s global ministry.

This is a role for someone who thrives behind the scenes yet thinks strategically about the big picture. You’ll bring order to complexity, anticipate challenges, and ensure the President is fully prepared and well-supported—whether in the office, on the road, or on the platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a strategic partner and operational extension of the President, stewarding his time, travel, and priorities with excellence.
  • Manage a highly accurate executive calendar, anticipating conflicts and ensuring preparedness for every engagement.
  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and documentation.
  • Design travel schedules that maximize effectiveness, rest, and relational impact while on the road.
  • Manage logistics and preparation for speaking engagements, meetings, and key relationships.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials to support informed decision-making and meaningful engagement.
  • Oversee travel expenses and office budgets, ensuring alignment with policies and financial stewardship.
  • Create and format presentations and materials that align with ABWE’s branding and communication standards.

What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree in office administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, logistics, and priorities with precision.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with budgets, travel systems, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to pass a background check and all required clearances.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the United States as needed.
