The Opportunity
ABWE exists to fulfill the Great Commission by multiplying leaders, churches, and missions movements among every people.
Our IHQ Summer Internship Program is designed to do just that by investing in the next generation of leaders. As an ABWE intern, you will gain meaningful, hands on experience in a mission driven environment while contributing to real projects that support global ministry.
This is more than a resume builder. It is an opportunity to grow professionally and spiritually as you engage with teams across the organization, develop practical skills, and discover how your calling connects to God’s work around the world.
This is a paid internship opportunity, designed to provide flexibility while still offering meaningful and impactful work experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support day to day operations and administrative functions within assigned departments.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and strategic initiatives across teams.
Conduct research, compile data, and help prepare reports or presentations. - Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative team efforts.
- Bring creative ideas and solutions that support departmental goals.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Complete a capstone project aligned with your area of study or interest.
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
- Completion of at least one year of college or technical school.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- A teachable spirit with initiative and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to pass a background check and required clearances in Pennsylvania.
