Missionary Preparation Training
Missionary Orientation
Designed for accepted mid-term and long-term missionary applicants, this week-long orientation helps candidates expand their understanding of ABWE’s spirit and ministry philosophy, complete their missionary screening process, help them confirm God’s calling, and equip them to begin prefield ministry.
Essential Mission Components
Essential Mission Components (EMC) is a highly interactive, week-long course that will equip you for cross-cultural church planting that leads to national or regional church-planting movements and international missions movements.
Departure Readiness Training
The Departure Readiness Training is designed for those serving on the field at least one year and focuses on helping you make the transition to working in your mission field, living in another culture, and adapting to your field team.
Personal Security Training
This active and interactive course is designed to equip workers for security risk and ensure safety on the mission field.
