Prayer Point: Haiti

By now, you’ve probably heard the tragic news coming out of Haiti.

17 missionaries, from Christian Aid Ministries, have been abducted in Croix des Bouquets, Haiti. This coming on the heels of the presidential assassination in July, and a 7.2 earthquake that killed more than 2,200 people in August.

As governments begin their search for the missionaries and determine possible counter-strikes against the Haitian gang believed to be responsible, we know that “Unless the LORD builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.” (Psalm 127:1)

We’re seeking prayer partners to ask the Lord to watch over our brothers and sisters in Haiti. Would you join us?

Pray

  • For the deliverance and perseverance of our Christian brothers and sisters in Haiti.
  • For God to be just with those who don’t repent and turn from their sinful ways.
  • For the Haitian people suffering in the wake of tragedy.
  • For the missionaries serving around the globe.
