ABWE offers more than a half dozen short-term opportunities each year to serve on a healthcare team. Locations include ABWE hospitals as well as fixed and mobile clinics. ABWE Pilot & Mechanic Qualifications
ABWE Pilot Qualifications
- Commercial Airplane and/or Helicopter Certificate
- Instrument Rating
- 500 flight hours
- Flight Instructor Certificate (Recommended)
- Airframe & Powerplant Certificate (Recommended)
ABWE Mechanic Qualifications
- Airframe & Powerplant Certificate
- Inspection Authorization (Recommended)
- Two years of full-time maintenance experience in aviation shop
