By the end of the seminar participants will demonstrate an understanding of five major dysfunctions of a team and how to improve the quality of teamwork by developing a plan for leading teams to:

  • build vulnerability-based trust
  • master conflict and use it productively
  • achieve commitment to the decisions that are made when they meet
  • embrace accountability, including peer-to-peer accountability
  • achieve the kind of results that are most important to the team
