The Position
We’re looking for individuals or couples who have a heart for planting churches and a willingness to work shoulder-to-shoulder with national pastors. You won’t be the lead pastor yourself – that role belongs to a local leader – but you’ll be a key teammate, helping to get new churches off the ground. Day to day, you might be sharing the gospel in a village, preaching in a local church, mentoring young believers, or simply having tea with neighbors while practicing your Romanian.
To thrive here, you’ll need:
• A passion for church planting and discipleship.
• A solid theological education to help you faithfully preach, teach, and encourage other pastors.
• Willingness to learn Romanian so you can connect deeply with people.
• Ideally, prior ministry experience and ordination (though not absolutely required).

The Need
Moldova is a small country with big spiritual needs. While there are faithful believers here, many towns and villages have no vibrant gospel-preaching church. People are hungry for truth but often stuck in tradition or despair, especially in rural areas. New churches aren’t just about Sunday services – they become lighthouses of hope where people find Christ, build real community, and learn to follow Him.
That’s why we need more workers. We need people willing to put down roots, learn the language, and join with local pastors to plant new congregations. Moldova is ready for the gospel to take deeper root, but it won’t happen without people who are willing to go and invest their lives here.
