The Need:
Reaching Africa’s Unreached (RAU) operates in a spiritually vibrant yet resource-constrained region of Uganda. Local pastors and church leaders frequently lack access to formal, sound theological training, which leaves congregations vulnerable to syncretism and false teachings. RAU desires long term mature leaders who can bridge this biblical training gap. RAU needs someone with the gift of teaching who models the character of a biblical elder while adapting to the unique cultural and logistical realities of rural Ugandan ministry.
The Impact:
By stepping into this role, you will directly shape the theological foundation of the East African/Sub-Saharan church. You will equip local leaders to plant healthy, self-sustaining churches and faithfully exposit scripture in the primary (first tier) doctrines of the Christian faith in their native communities. Your investment will multiply exponentially as the pastors you train return to their villages to teach others. Furthermore, your willingness to integrate into the local community and learn the language will build deep bonds of trust, demonstrating the love of Christ in a tangible, lasting way.
