The Position
We are “Looking for a few good leaders!”…Men and women who have military experience, giftedness in supporting and providing administrative support, and a love for the local church.
The Centurion Project exists to network and empower churches around military installations to disciple and support military leaders in their mission and the Great Commission. Our Military Area Administrative Specialists are called to provide administrative support to the efforts of a Military Area Catalyst as they network with pastors and host training experiences.
The Need
Camp Lejuene is the largest Marine Corps base in the entire world. It is the home to over 47,000 Marines and Sailors who deploy to corners of the entire world. We plan to advance the Centurion Project network of churches to Camp Lejuene in 2023. We already have 4-5 churches and lines of efforts to begin this initiative. However, we need a passionate and catalytic leader to make it happen. Our vision is to “Capture Camp Lejeune with the Gospel and deploy disciple-makers all over the World.”
The Impact
The military leaders at Camp Lejeune are sacrificial missional leaders, have cultural intelligence, and the know-how to bring an initiative to completion. Some of the military leaders at Camp Lejeune also have certified foreign language training. Imagine an army of “Semper Fidelis” leaders becoming church planters, pastors, and missionaries.
“We need you!”…to support the effort of turning this vision into a Great Commission reality.
