The Position
EveryEthne exists to mobilize and equip churches to reach every ethnic group in North America with the gospel. Our Regional Directors are called to provide strategic leadership in their region by supporting missionaries, networking with pastors, and facilitating training and disciple-making efforts that lead to church planting and leadership development. We are looking for a Regional Director for the Northeast USA and Central Canada to shepherd our missionaries and oversee our ministry in this region.
The Need
North America (NA) is the third largest mission field in the world with a total of 615 people groups. Our vision is to see all these people groups in a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to mobilize the church to reach those people groups through disciple-making that multiplies leaders and churches. In the Northeast region, we have 31 missionaries serving in four states in the US (NJ, PA, NY, MD) and two provinces in Canada. We need someone to lead this team as they seek to mobilize the churches in their spheres with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Impact
Our Northeast regional team is making a meaningful spiritual impact right where they live. In New Jersey, missionaries are planting and strengthening Hispanic churches while reaching their communities through soccer camps, ESL programs, and mercy ministries. In Canada, they are engaging Iranians and planting churches in Quebec City and Toronto—one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the world. In Pennsylvania, they are building relationships with Afghan refugees and mobilizing local churches to connect with Hispanic migrant workers. Across the region, they are equipping North American churches to reach Muslims and other unreached people groups, training them in ESL ministry, personal evangelism, and outreach strategies. They are also investing in the next generation through children’s ministries, equipping women to teach Scripture, assisting immigrants with practical needs like government paperwork, and developing networks that empower pastors to plant and lead healthy churches.
