The Position
This position does not require a teaching degree but does require a love for working with young children, and willingness to follow the guidance of the classroom teacher working with small groups of students throughout the day. As a teacher’s aide at the Santiago Christian Academy, you will also help reduce the workload of the classroom teacher, as you help correct papers and take on other classroom tasks as needed.
The Need
Chile’s recent history has left her youth and children lost in confusion, and Chilean church leaders are waiting to welcome you with open arms as their coworkers and fellow servants of the cause of Christ. Chile is becoming a launching pad for missionaries into unreached areas of the world and even across traditional borders into other North, Central and South American countries.
