The Position
This role does not require a teaching degree, but it does require a love for young children and a willingness to follow the classroom teacher’s lead while working with small groups throughout the day. As a teacher’s aide at Santiago Christian Academy, you will also lighten the classroom teacher’s load by grading papers and handling other tasks as needed.
