The Position
We’re looking for a Visionary Media Coach—someone with a heart for multiplication and a foundation in media production. If you have basic skills in video editing, audio recording, or studio work, this role is for you. You don’t need to be an expert; what matters most is a teachable spirit and a passion for mentoring others. Much of what you need will be learned through hands-on experience alongside our experienced team.
As a Visionary Media Coach, you’ll guide emerging media teams in Togo and beyond. You’ll produce content, coach local voice talent, and train believers to create gospel-centered media in their own languages.
Your work supports a strategic partnership between ABWE’s Studios Vérité and Revelation Media’s iBIBLE project, a global initiative bringing the entire biblical narrative to life visually and interactively.
What Your Days May Include:
Recording voiceovers for iBIBLE scenes
Coaching nationals in editing tools and audio workflows
Reviewing translations and syncing media with precision
Solving technical challenges and refining studio systems
Planning strategy with local leaders
Qualifications:
Basic experience with tools like Premiere, Resolve, Audition, or Reaper (or a willingness to learn)
Some exposure to studio or field recording or eagerness to gain it
Ability to mentor and simplify complex tools for others
Cross-cultural sensitivity and a missions mindset
French, Ewé, or Kabyé language skills are a bonus.
The Need
In West Africa, many live in oral cultures where stories, songs, and images communicate truth better than text. While Bible translations exist in local languages, literacy barriers—especially in rural areas—often keep the message from being read.
But there’s hope: audio-visual storytelling.
Smartphone access and rising creative talent have opened doors to reach hearts through media. For example, Ewé and Kabyé speakers may not read Scripture fluently, but they can understand and share it when it’s visual, spoken, and in their own voice.
As a Visionary Media Coach, your role is catalytic. You’ll equip believers to record, edit, and produce compelling gospel content in their heart languages.
At Studios Vérité, we believe media is ministry. In a world where literacy is low but screen engagement is high, we use storytelling to communicate the Gospel in ways people understand and remember.
Partnering with iBIBLE, we’re building a fully visual, chronological Bible that is free to translate into 7,000+ languages and accessible on billions of smartphones. But great content isn’t enough. We need local creators to own and spread the message.
That’s where you come in.
You’ll mentor grassroots editors and audio engineers, helping them master the tools of storytelling while grounding their work in biblical truth. Already, our Ewé and Kabyé teams are recording iBIBLE scenes that are reaching hearts. With your help, many more can join them.
The Impact
One coach empowers many creators
One story equips entire communities
One voice in the right language can echo for generations
This is more than production, it’s gospel mobilization through media.
Help build a future where no one is left without access to God’s Word—in their language, from their people, in a way they can see and hear.
