God is at work around the world, and visual storytelling helps the church see, celebrate, and join what He’s doing. Through creative media, real stories from the field empowers missionaries, inspires believers, and advances God’s Kingdom work.
The projects listed below are opportunities to contribute your creative abilities in practical ways that serve missionaries and ministry efforts around the world. If you’ve ever wondered, “When can I use my skills for something that truly matters?”—the time is now.
Current Opportunities to Serve
Hong Kong – 75th Anniversary Celebration
Photography | May 25–29, 2026
Help capture a historic milestone as missionaries, leaders and Chinese pastors celebrate ¾ of a century of planting churches in Hong Kong. Your images will preserve the story of God’s faithfulness and provide visual testimony for years to come—honoring the past while pointing toward the future of gospel work in a spiritually needy part of the world.

Chile Seminary – 70 Years of Faithfulness
Videography, Video Editing | Summer 2026 (flexible dates)
Step into a powerful legacy. Travel to Santiago to produce a commemorative video celebrating 70 years of theological training and gospel impact. This project will highlight God’s faithfulness, encourage the local seminary community, and showcase the deep partnership between ABWE missionaries and national leaders. Interviews, B-roll, and historical visuals will come together to tell a story that deserves to be remembered.

Argentina Medical Missions Trip
Photography + Videography | August 21–30, 2026
Tell the story of compassion in action. ABWE’s Mobile Medical Clinics have had profound impact in bringing people to faith in Jesus in dozens of countries around the world. This project will follow a medical missions team serving underprivileged communities in Argentina and help shape a testimonial video that reveals the real-life impact of gospel-centered healthcare. The resulting media will help supporters see why medical missions matter, and draw other medical providers to serves in this important ministry.

Bangladesh Media Missions Trip
Photography | Late October/Early November 2026
Use your photography skills to serve a strategic gospel-centered ministry in Bangladesh, where visual storytelling plays a vital role in advancing missions. As a professional photographer capturing images for social media and website, you’ll be able to tell the story of a long-standing medical ministry that has supported church planting for over 50 years. Working alongside ABWE missionaries, you’ll be guided to key locations and aided by in-country interpreters, while also collaborating with a video team producing a separate documentary project. This fast-paced, immersive assignment is ideal for a self-sufficient photographer who thrives in cross-cultural settings and is well-versed in ABWE’s photo workflow.
Balkins STEAM School
Photography + Videography | 2026 Flexible Dates
Help mobilize more workers for the harvest in a very spiritually needy country. Capture video and photos of the Balkins STEAM school to help create a new recruitment video and provide fresh content for posting on social media.

New York City – Bangladeshi Ministry
Photography + Videography | Flexible dates
Cross cultures without crossing an ocean. Capture the ministry of EveryEthne missionary Prodip Das as he shares Christ among Bangladeshi Muslims in NYC. Through interviews, B-roll, and photography, you’ll help tell a story of gospel outreach unfolding right in the heart of the city.

U.S. Churches – One Day Missions Experience Media
Photography + Videography | Various Dates and Locations
The One Day Missions Experiences are special events, put on by ABWE, at local churches to encourage their congregations to earnestly pray for more laborers into the harvest and to learn how their gifts could be used on the mission field. These are strategically important events for the continued outreach of ABWE. Capture photos and video from one (or more) of these events to help promote and grow this initiative and let other churches see how their church members can be challenged to take part in the Great Commission.
