This role focuses on coaching, shepherding, and resourcing pre-field missionaries by helping them build healthy support systems, navigate the onboarding process, and launch to the field effectively

The Partnership Developer plays a pivotal role in connecting National Partners with the resources and support of the North American Church. This position is focused on building intentional relationships, advocating for partner needs, and serving as a reliable advocate for multiple National Partners.
