In the early hours of June 13, 2025, Israel initiated a military operation against Iran, targeting nuclear facilities and key military figures.
Dubbed “Operation Rising Lion,” the strikes resulted in the deaths of top Iranian military commanders and nuclear scientists.
In response, Iran launched over 100 drones toward Israel, escalating tensions in the region.
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) reported significant damage to Iran’s Natanz nuclear facility, including the destruction of underground centrifuge halls.
Additionally, Israeli Mossad released footage of covert operations targeting Iranian missile launchers, indicating a coordinated effort to neutralize potential threats.
In light of these developments, we urge the global church to join us in prayer:
- For God’s mercy and restraint to prevent further escalation and loss of life.
- For the protection and strength of Christian believers in Israel and Iran, that they may stand firm in their faith.

- For hearts to be opened to the gospel, even in the midst of conflict.
