The majority of seminary training here in Nicaragua is focused on theology, but we know that pastors have to wear a lot of different hats. A great need in the Church in Nicaragua is Biblical counseling.

Train church leaders and nationals in how to create a budget, exercise financial responsibility, and how to be wise financial stewards.
Ministry Coaches and Encouragers
Serving the Lord in ministry is hard everywhere. It’s especially hard for Nicaraguan pastors and their families who typically have fewer educational opportunities and serve in difficult areas.

We are looking for theological educators for our church planting institute in Nicaragua. Come join us in training national pastors to give them the tools necessary to plant and grow churches.
Leadership Trainer/Pastoral Mentor
Church plants are growing in Nicaragua and national pastors are working hard. We need missionaries with pastoral experience to come alongside the pastors as mentors who can also assist in training them in leadership skills.
Music Ministry Trainer
Each year new churches are being planting in Nicaragua. Many churches would like help in starting a music ministry (to teach singing, to teach to play instruments, and to teach how to lead worship time). We are looking for those with skills in music who have a heart to help the churches in this area.
Economic Development/ Vocational Skills
Many new church plants are not able to fully support their pastor. We are looking for experts in culturally sustainable vocational training to assist the pastors and church members to become self-sustaining.
Assistant Church Planters
The church planting movement in Nicaragua is growing rapidly. Come work alongside national pastors with both new and existing church plants in a variety of locations both urban and rural.
