Ministry Focus
Sports & Community Outreach
At ABWE, we have seen how games can turn into game changers. That’s why we use things like community sports leagues, game nights, arts-and-crafts, or even regular coffee shop visits to engage communities, build relationships, and start conversations about Jesus. From starting an American football team in Brazil to connect with local men, to opening a coffee shop ministry to reach university students, we know that sports and community outreach are powerful tools for sharing God’s game-changing love.
Use Your Passion For Sports and Community Outreach on the Mission Field
Whether they’re sports enthusiasts, coffee connoisseurs, or talented crafts people, our missionaries use sports and outreach ministries in almost every country we’re in and support many other ministries such as:
- Camp ministries
- Church planting
- College ministries
- Community centers
- Men and women’s ministries
- School and teaching ministries
- Youth outreach
If you want to combine your passion for sports and reaching communities for Christ, we want to talk to you.
Is God calling you to use your skills on the mission field?
