ABWE has launched Leader to Leader, a new podcast hosted by ABWE president Paul Davis. Each episode features a conversation with a pastor, theologian, missionary, or ministry leader on the work of leading God’s people.
Ministry leadership is heavy and often lonely work. The men and women carrying that responsibility benefit from substantive, peer-to-peer conversation about what they do. Leader to Leader is designed to provide that.
Who Leader to Leader is for
The show is built for those serving in positions of ministry leadership: pastors, elders, missionaries, theologians, denominational leaders, executive directors, and lay leaders carrying real responsibility in the local church. It also speaks to those preparing to lead — seminarians, young pastors, missionary candidates, and emerging leaders.
What listeners can expect
Each episode pairs Davis with a guest for an extended conversation. Topics range across Scripture and how it shapes the work of ministry, the everyday burdens of pastoral leadership, courage in a confused cultural moment, and the global advance of the gospel. Listeners can also expect episodes on preaching, succession, conflict, discipleship, missions strategy, and the realities of leading a church or sending agency today.
